Do I need special software to use B1Dex?
No. B1Dex works with the route accounting software and mobile apps you already run, over standard Bluetooth. Pair it like any Bluetooth accessory and go.
How do I set it up?
Pair B1Dex to an iOS or Android phone or tablet once. At the stop, plug it directly into the store’s DEX port and transmit.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 1–2 weeks depending on use, from a full charge over USB with the included cable. When the LED flashes red, plug it in.
How do I know it’s transmitting?
The LED flashes green while your invoice moves and the connection is active.
What does the warranty cover?
5-year warranty on device and battery. If the battery can no longer hold a charge for normal route use, it’s covered. Excludes physical damage and loss.
How do we buy for a whole fleet?
